The pot is slip-casted, then shaped by hand, dried, bisque-fired, painted, glazed, and fired for a second time. It is entirely handmade - from the preparation of the clay to the removal from the kiln. The drawing is handpainted with underglaze paints, then the pot is covered with transparent glaze. It is one of its kind as the elements will not be repeated on another pot.
The two opposite sides are concave as if the main body of the pot has been squeezed.

Centering: Positioning the clay at the wheel's precise center, an opening is carefully shaped, laying the foundation for the ceramic creation.
Forming the Cylinder: Gradually expanding the opening and pulling up the sides, a cylindrical shape emerges, leaving ample clay for the piece's bottom.
Shaping the Piece: Skillfully crafting the sides and mouth, the piece takes its distinct form before being carefully lifted from the wheel.
Post-Drying Stage: As the piece reaches a leather-hard stage, the potter can embark on refining details. This involves trimming excess clay, affixing handles, spouts, or attachments, and employing techniques like carving, cutting, or re-shaping.
